Wow, 3840×2160 resolution is pretty high, my 7870 can’t even handle that, well it can but it would have to be on the DisplayPort which I don’t have a cable for, but that’s a lot of screen real estate. Anyway, the monitor is 28 inches in size and is from Acer with a model number of B286HK and it has DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort connection on it but it also have a USB 3.0 hub and the HDMI port included MHL charging which let’s you charges devices through the HDMI port.
