Review of Eagle Tech Neptor Foldable Portable Bluetooth Keyboard

Conclusion

There are plenty of choices out there when it comes to portable Bluetooth keyboards and most I’ve seen are tiny pocket sized products that require small fingers to use really. The Eagle Tech Neptor keyboard though is large enough to type comfortably on when folded open but yet it can be folded down to a small size making it very portable.

The build quality is excellent, it feels solidly made and the leather accents are a nice touch to the overall presentation of it. The Neptor keyboard  looks great, it would be at home in a book bag of someone in college or on the desk of a businessman surely.

I tried the keyboard with several devices and it worked perfectly fine with all of them. Pairing was easy, in just a few seconds I was up and running really.

The pairing button can be annoying, it’s very much recessed into the back of the keyboard. I understand why it’s this way as not to press it accidentally but it’s hard to get at really.

The Neptor keyboard should give you about thirty hours of battery life and in the couple weeks I’ve had it I haven’t had to charge it once. Mind you, I wasn’t using it non-stop but it’s not meant to be either, it made to be something you take with you and use just as you need to.

The keyboard does require an adjustment period, but any different keyboard will though.

The price is about $60, and that might seem high, but this sis top qualtiy keyboard that should last for quite some time.
