Tuls is supposed to be pronounced Tools I would assume as these are tools for your wallet I guess you could say. Yes it’s on Kickstarter and there’s several of these Tuls to choose from ranging from $22 to $24 and they do look kind of handy, but if you wanted them all that would be a lot of metal in your wallet.
