Today I have a video review for you of something that I’ve found to be very useful, a scale. It’s called the Fraser Kitchen and Food Scale for Precision Digital Measuring of Culinary / Baking Ingredients, Pour Over Coffee or Dieting, and that’s a mouthful so we’ll just call it the Fraser Digital Scale for short. I cook in our house, I also do lots of projects and you’d be surprised how many times you find you need a scale for numerous things besides cooking.
