Supposedly it’s not easier to use 411 directory assistance with Verizon thanks to Call Genie and LiveSource. You can now say something like “looking for Home Depot in Pittsburgh” and it will find it for you, I guess if you use it a lot it might be a good thing. Personally though I know where and what I’m looking for so if I use 411 I know why I’m calling… I don’t know, for those of you that use 411, is something like this better?
Verizon LiveSource directory assistance has made it much easier and faster for wireless callers to find businesses in town or across the country.
