The Review
Let’s start with an unboxing or product tour and then move on:
The bag just ships in a plastic bag and that’s fine as it’s not fragile, it’s just cloth. The bag comes folded ready for travel and zipped up closed. On the top and bottom are zippered pockets that you can use for stuff if you want. The bag when closed and folded is only 11.8 x 12.6 inches in size about less than an inch thick. The BB Bags logo is embroidered in the bottom right corner on the front.
The bag unzips to reveal the larger bag and the two pockets become pockets for the front of the bag. The bag has two handles on the top like any bag and it does have a velcro padded clasp that can join the handle straps. The bag unfolds to a rather large 11x15x27 inches and it’s made of 420D honeycomb polyester, it feel thin and lightweight but yet durable. I was surprised by just how big the bag is, it’s huge really, more than enough to carry a few days worth or clothes with you if need be.
The bag has three pockets, the two on the front and then a smaller zippered on inside for a phone or keys or small items and then on the left side is a large pocket with a bag in it, this is a show compartment so you can take your shoes with you and keep your other stuff clean.
The bag does have a sturdy shoulder strap, it’s padded and has metal and plastic clips on it.
Conclusion
I can’t find anything wrong with this bag other than it doesn’t really have a lot of pockets, only three or four if you include the shoe compartment.
The bag is made of a honeycomb polyester and feels well made and durable like it should last and be able to hold the weight of the bag being full.
I really like the fact that the bag folds up into a small square for easy storage and transport.
