I’ve got something a bit different today of review, but something for the outdoors or even just in your living room, it’s a koozie but not just any koozie one that has LEDs in the base of it that light up in white, green or red. The koozie can make your drinks more fun or you can even use it as a flashlight if need be. The koozie works well at keeping your beverages at the temperature you want them to be, but that’s what it’s supposed to do. It’s a simple product yes but it’s neat and fun. Read on to learn more…

The Review
Let’s start with a video unpacking and overview:
THE CoolerTorch LED Koozie just comes packaged in a plastic bag which is fine as it’s not exactly breakable or fragile.
The koozie then comes in a cloth drawstring bag so you can take it with you, the bag has the logo and web address on it, it should do a great job of protecting the koozie while traveling.
Inside of the bag you’ll find the koozie and a bonus LED flashlight.
What I call the front of the koozie has the web address on it and then at the bottom it has a yellow oval labeled on/off which is for power. The other side of the koozie has their logo on it along with the web address again. The koozie is basically all cloth and it’s elastic so you can stretch it over your bottle and it seems well made overall and it looks nice.
The koozie has a solid base attached to it that has LEDs in it. Inside for the koozie you’ll find an insert so you can use smaller bottles with it. The insert can easily come out and go back in as needed.
There are white, green and red LEDs in the base of the koozie. The white and green LEDs are solid but the red ones blink randomly for an interesting effect. The LEDs are very bright and yes you could use it as a flashlight if need be.
I used a water bottle for testing the Cooler Torch koozie as water allows the LEDs to shine through much more readily. I ended up giving the koozie to my 10 year old son actually as he saw it and just had to have it, he thinks it’s the greatest thing and uses it with his sports bottle and anything else he can.
As a bonus they included a small LED flashlight that has a bottle opener built into it that you can unscrew if you want to. The flashlight is powered by three AAA batteries which they do include for you, not double A batteries but triple A batteries as the light is small and thin. The flashlight is made of aluminum and it seems well made, it’s about 4.75” long with the bottle opener on it.
Conclusion
The Cooler Torch Flashlight Koozie is a unique product for sure, it does work to keep your beverages cool while making them much more exciting.
This would be great for parties indoor or outdoor, something to just use around the house or take camping or fishing and you can even use it as a flashlight if need be.
The included bonus flashlight is nice, toss it in your tackle box or backpack and you’re ready to light the way or open up a bottle for you or a friend.
There are two things that I could find wrong with this koozie, not exactly wrong but that can be listed as cons. The first is the koozie can’t be removed from the base, it’s glued to it so you really can’t clean it if need be. The second is the price, personally I think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is.
