Conclusion
The i-Mego Walker Junior are truly an exceptional set of noise cancelling headphones that do their job as they’re supposed to. The noise cancelling feature really does work to keep ambient noise outside where it belongs.
There is a big difference between using the noise cancelling and not using it, personally I know would not use them without it. Why would you really?
The Walker Junior headphones are obviously meant for travelers, especially those who travel on planes where noise can be an issue, and I think these would be great in such a situation.
The headphones are meant to be traveled with and as such they fold up to a small and compact size to fit most anywhere not taking up a lot of space really. They fold up and stay that way since the joint and pivot are rather tight. They can be hard to break down, the main hinge and locking mechanism on the headband is small and very hard to unlock. This is good and bad as they won’t accidentally fold up, but getting them to fold can be a hassle.
i-Mego did include a carrying bag for protection but honestly the cloth bag isn’t going to do much to protect them sadly.
I priced around and the prices for noise cancelling headphones are just all over the place really, you can get them cheaply or pay several hundred dollars. I think at this price point at $140, the Walker Junior is worth it, you’ll get good sound and excellent noise cancelling abilities.
Pros:
+Decent noise cancelling
+Extremely comfortable to wear
+Nicely made
+Very good sound
Cons:
-Can be difficult to unlock headband to fold for travelling
-Uses regular battery and not rechargeable
-Included cloth bag not exactly protective
