Conclusion
The Veho Pebble can be a very useful little gadget. Personally I think I’d like to have a couple or even a few of them on hand, keep one in my car and one in my wife’s car and then have one for the kids things so there’s always power when we need it most. The Pebble is small and portable so you can just toss it in your bag or glove compartment and not worry about taking up too much space or adding weight to your daily carry.
The included carrying pouch isn’t exactly the best thing to use but it’s nice they included it anyway.
The included tips should be compatible with the majority of devices on the market today.
Overall the Pebble is decent little product but there is one that really bothers me about it, there’s no indicator to let you know it’s actually charging your device. I’m not sure if it’s made that way or there’s something wrong with the one I got though. I found this on the Veho site:” Blue and Red LED Charging indicators for re-charge notification” so if I’m reading that right then the LEDs are only for re-charging the Pebble, so there isn’t actually one to indicate charging.
The price is $27.49, which for something that could possibly save you life in an emergency situation isn’t bad I think. What price would you pay to be able to make a phone call when your life or the lives of your family counted on it?
